Dear Parents,

It is my hope and dream that Pine Valley would become known for having one of the best technical education programs in the Bay Area and beyond. The aim of the technical education program is to see students become excited and engaged in science, technical education, engineering, art, mathematics, and medicine. I believe this can best be achieved through hands-on, project based learning. 

The projects that we do in the class do come with some cost. While I try my best to keep the costs as low as possible, it is still necessary to offset these costs through parent and community donations. 

I am asking for a recommended donation of $30 from Tech Exploration (Wheel) students and $50 from Advanced Tech 1 students. All funds will go directly towards the Technical Education Class at Pine Valley Middle School. Funds will be used for such things as:

Elective donations allow our teachers to purchase consumables needed to enrich your student's experience in their elective class. All donations are voluntary and your teacher is not made aware of donors. If you are donating by check, please bring to the front office rather than your teacher (see information below). Thank you for helping our Pine Valley community!

How to donate with a check/cash:
Select a donation amount and click DONATE. Follow the prompts to check out, then click on Pay by Check/Cash. IMPORTANT, print out your receipt and include in an envelope with the check made out to "Pine Valley Middle School." Please bring donation to the front office NOT YOUR TEACHER.
